I'm looking at some PC2700 modules and I'm wondering which everyone thinks is faster and more stable.
Crucial, Mushkin, or Samsung.
I'll mostly be using this memory for gaming and I'm looking to buy a 512MB stick if possible.

Also, what about OCZ PC2700 rev3? I hear people don't care for OCZ much but it keeps drawing me in.
These are the specs.
CAS 2.0, REV3, 184 Pin Dimm, ULN Technology, 2-2-2 1T timings, copper heatspreader.
It supposedly uses Samsung 6ns chips as well.
The specs look good, but OCZ has a bad rep, I don't know what to think about it...

Crucial, Samsung, Corsair are very good, but newegg has Mushkin 512MB PC3000 DDR ram on sale for $152 a stick, $83 for 256mb stick. I would definetly get these instead.:D

I bought a 512 stick of Mushkin DDR266 "level 2" stuff..it does 175mhz (DDR350) at 2-2-2-6-2t and 400 speeds at 2.5-3-3-6-2t, it was like $189

Interesting, it sounds like the Mushkin stuff overclocks well.
That is a good deal at newegg too on that PC3000 stuff, even has free shipping.
I'm definitely leaning towards that right now.

Does anyone have any info on this mushkin chip such as how well it will run at Cas2.0?
Anyone else have opinions on this subject?
