Thanks to Jokersmoker, I'll be getting these beer mugs (about damn time too!) - 4 for $7.99!! 😀

So I'll need another $17.01 to qualify for free shipping and decided to get a chopping board and maybe a meat cleaver if budget allows. So what's a good and cheap one to get?

Edit: fixed

Highly recommended. Got it as a gift a couple months ago and have been using it religiously. The built in tray is ingenious.

EDIT: Didn't see the "cheap" disclaimer. Sorry.

Whoaa.

I'm no uber chef so all I really need is one that does not suck! 🙂 Just want to get the best of the cheapies

Not only that, but it's extremely dangerous to have a wooden cutting board because the small grooves in it can harbor bacteria and they cannot be dishwashed like plastic ones.

It is not "extremely dangerous." As a matter of fact, the jury's still out about whether wood or plastic is the better surface. I don't have a dishwasher, so it doesn't matter what I use, they all get as clean as I can get them by hand. I've used wooden cutting boards for years, as did my mother and grandmother and I have never gotten sick from home cooking.
