Which CPU Temperature should I trust?

Hello, I have a Pentium E2180 that I am currently overclocking. I am using CPUID's hardware monitor to check my temperatures. Right now core #0 is 41 C and core #1 is 41 C. However, the Winbond sensors (which are my motherboard right?) say my CPUTIN is 47 C. Since I want to stay under 60 C at full load, which temperatures should I go by?

I am using two instances of Prime95 set to run small FFTs if that matters to anyone.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

No need to run 2 instances of P95, just get the multi core version. As for the temp monitoring, Core Temp or Everest are quite accurate.

R2L: check out the Core2Duo temp guide at the Tom's Hardware site. The Tj reported in CoreTemp is more likely to be correct than the Tcase calculated by your BIOS.
