just post which one i should get
the differences are the Chassis Upgrades, MotherBoard, Sound Card, and Graphics Processor

I also have two questions
Is haveing dual 256mb 7900GTs like have a 512mb 7900GT? if not what is the advantage of duals?
And is liquid cooling worth the money?

Does dual 7900gt mean SLi?
If so, go for the dual. It doesnt not mean 512mb 7900gt, it means 256mb with 2 gpu cores working together.

I'd go with the 5500 model...in agreement there is not a need to introduce then agony that water cooling can produce. And..since you dont.."build" then you probably dont want to be bothered with things that you might have to fix later.

do you guys think i should throw in a extra $80 for Acoustic Dampening or do you think it will be quite enough without it?

-AlienIce? Video Cooling System
The AlienIce? video cooling system maximizes airflow to keep the components in your machine running efficiently. AlienIce? provides superior cooling with fans that are strategically placed throughout the chassis, striking the perfect balance of both negative and positive air flow, thus preventing overheating and system crashes. AlienIce? is quieter than most high-performance cooling systems, too, so it will not disrupt game play.

Merging function and style, AlienIce? features a glowing bioluminescence that emanates from its intakes. In addition to this unique design aesthetic are the piercing, illuminated Alien eyes on the front of the case. Choose from Astral Blue, Terra Green, or Fusion Red for a truly extraterrestrial effect.

-Acoustic Dampening

Alienware now offers the Acoustic Dampening Upgrade for customers who demand a low noise level from their systems. High performance computers configured with this package will be outfitted with ultra-quiet chassis fans in addition to advanced acoustic absorption treatment to achieve decreased chassis decibel (db) levels.

Noise Absorption Technology
Alienware?s Acoustic Dampening features noise absorbing cellular foam padding. Professionally installed by Alienware system builders, this material reduces the noise generated by high-performance components such as graphics cards, processors and hard drives.

Attack Fan Noise, at its Source
Alienware?s 92mm, 120mm and 80mm ultra-quiet chassis fans are designed to be more than 80% quieter than standard chassis fans. Featuring double ball bearings, these fans offer extended life, reduced noise, and high levels of airflow. Operating at noise levels as low as 21 dBA, and moving up to 54 cubic feet per minute of airflow, these fans offer significant cooling performance at virtually silent operating levels.

Acoustic Dampening?......$80....Geeze...this is a profit padder.

My God, those are WAY expensive.

it's alienware...
when do they ever fall below $2000?

Actually, if you add up ALL the parts, it's not as horribly expensive as I though. However, they don't pay $80 for windows either.
