Which Comp Should I Build

I'm building two comps, and i need to know which one is better..

Comp #1:
Allendale E6400 2.13ghz
1 gig ddr2 ram
agp 6800
western digital 80 gb sata hd
NZXT apollo silver atx computer case
asrock 775 dual-vsta mobo
thermaltake toughpower 430w psu

Comp #2:
AMD Athlon 3500+ Single Core O/C on air to 2.4 Ghz (Socket 939)
connect3D x1800xl
1gb ddr 184-pin ram
Thermaltake Toughpower 430w psu
OPEN BOX Asus A8R-MVP Mobo
Western Digital 80gb sata hd
Xion Solaris Green ATX Computer Case

The Radeon will beat out the Geforce (I assume that's what you meant) in most instances. The Athlon pales in comparison to most newer processors, especially the E6400. You can't really ask "which one is better," if you asked a more specific question you might get more replies. The VGA and CPU charts on http://www.tomshardware.com/ are a great resource even though some newer stuff isn't in there yet.

Yeah, but the thing is, I'm building a comp on a strict budget, and I'm having trouble deciding which comp to build...Thought I would ask for opinions here

Get comp #1, but get an E6300 instead and overclock it.

With the money you save, get more ram or a better video card.

Get a better looking case with a better psu built in (Antec Sonata?) for the same amount of money.

That ASRock motherboard won't go above a FSB of 300 so he won't be doing much overclocking.

If you post the prices of each item and a total maximum value for #1 I'll wade through the details and get a bit more specific.
