Which chipset?

I am getting a 64 3200 90nm socket 939. I can't decide which mobo chipset i'm goin to get either nvidia or via. Which chjipset and what mother board for it should i get?

The ASUS A8V Deluxe rev2.0 and MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum are the most popular ones around here, and I would go with the ASUS board.
