Well... I am tired of my two 8 port hubs and tonight I have decided to get a 24 port hub. I am trying to pick between the following two hubs. What are the differences? Which one should I go for? Am I better off with something else in the same price range? Thanks for any advice.
First Hub: Linksys 10/100 autosensing (#EFAH24)

Second Hub: Linksys 10/100 LINKSYS
STACKPRO II DUAL SPEED 24PT HUB STK W/ UPLINK

I guess the price difference is due to the uplink on the second. Can I stick with the 24 port without uplink and later if needed get a another with an uplink and still connect? I assume yes. So, being a home network I am using it for what should I do?

I'm personally not a big fan of Linksys, but I'm sure either one will work fine for what you're doing. You can still connect one hub to another later on, if it doesn't have an uplink port, with a crossover cable.
