Played an Amazon and Barbarian so far, strafe and whirlwind make things too easy (although I haven't gone through hell mode yet, I'll probably get massacred there with my current tactics)

the general consensus seems to be ice sorceys are way better than fire sorceys most times... max out on warmth and the orb, about 11 in static (to fill the entire screen), put one each into energy shield and teleport. thunderstorm is quite undervalued in fact, firewall is pretty nice for multiplayer, blaze works wonders in single... low on dex, about 50 in str, + health items and put tons into energy

edit: thats what i read on the battle.net, my sorcey only has 1 in the orb glacial spike worked pretty well for me...

valkyrie is pretty good... but immolation sux compared to strafe, put more into strafe

My level 34 "Lady" Bowazon rocks in Nightmare.
Maybe tonight I'll make my level 31 Ice Sorc a "Lady".
I set the Lvl 34 "Lord" Barb aside for a while.
Sort of gave up on the 24 Necro and 29 Palidin for now.

Paladin at lvl 30. I never played online because it was such a pain to

I've played all the classes up to level 20 with the exception of the Amazon which I went to about 17 (both Bowazon and Spearazon). Currently, I have a level 38 necro and a level 20 Paladin on battlenet. The Paladin is actually kind of hard since he's not a Barb, yet has to usually get up close and fight like a barb. Level 20 Paladin: Currently Act4 Nm, going to beat Mephisto in a few.

My necro has a ton of uniques since I USED to have a level 46 sorceress on battle.net but that was getting boring so I got necro equipment and started a necro.

I've been playing the barbarian, but I got tired of trying to connect to battlenet. I just beat it on single player and quit.

I have a lvl 33 Paladin, lvl 28 Barbarian, lvl 28 Sorceress. It's kinda amazing how different the difficulties are between characters when fighting bosses. I really noticed this when fighting Duriel and Hephaesto the Smith. Enough to keep it from getting boring.
