I'm thinking about switching from Sprint to TMobile... I'm considering getting either the Sony Ericsson T610 or the Nokia 3650. Both of them have rebates that will pay me for choosing the phone and signing up through Amazon.com, but I was just curious if anyone has experience with either of these models.

T610. Have it and love it. Bluetooth, camera, great interface, great screen, solid construction, very customizable.

Try searching the Howard Chui forums. I haven't used the 3650, but the T610 seems adequate enough. The consensus seems to be that the 3650 is better, though. I just don't like the design much.

Do Nokias still have wonky clock problems?

check out the samsung E715. i played with it a little bit in a store this past weekend and like it alot. the camera takes VGA resolution pics and has i think 9mb of storage total in the phone. i'm currently with tmobile but contract expired. they want to offer this phone for $270 as a 'phone upgrade'. i laughed at the CSR and told him i can get it for free in local phone dealers. amazon has it too, but $50 after $200 rebate.

T610 is a great phone but the reception fluxuates a lot but it may improve if you get the latest firmware. I'm happy with my T610, I put a PDA screen cover over the screen because its easily scratched.

I haven't had a Nokia phone since the old 8290/8890 but I never had a problem with a nokia phone.
