T-Mobile here... I like their family plan and the coverage in the Seattle area is great.

Tmobile, and add 1 b/c my gf just got Tmobile today also. SIgh.....I remember when Tmobile was Voicestream (and even before that). We had unlimited Voicestream to Voicestream calls, 1st incoming minute free....and they that was even with their cheapest plan.....those were the days

I'm keeping my damn AT&T contract as long as Cingular'll let me, I will not pay for incoming texts, and if I need new f**king phones, I'll buy some unlocked imports off eBay.

I'm in the same boat. I got a few promos from AT&T before they sold out and Cingular won't let me over with that plan so I'm kind of in limbo. If something happens to my phone I can just get an unlocked one and use it on Cingular's network?

The only thing about not switching is that you don't have access to their new towers. I basically was forced to switch because, when I went to college, my reception with AT&T was so crappy. I kept the phone though until my contract ended and now signed with cingular and my reception rocks.

Verizon. Good signal and my friends and relatives all have the same thing, so we talk without racking up minutes.

CellularOne West, which is about to be taken over by Alltel. I'd debated switching to Verizon recently, but I think I'll stay with Alltel because they don't lock out phone features.

Verizon. All my friends have Verizon so it works out for me.

But since ATT and Cingular merged there are a lot more Cingular people, thus a lot more Cingular "in" people too.
