Should i go for:

Or should i go for:
Hot Deal @ 69.00 CHIEFTECH Server Chasis (Workstation Tower) Model DX-01WD-420W; AMD Approved Power Supply for $92.52 total
And add
5 panaflo l1as for $21.95 total? And have a grand total of $114.47?
I dunno what to get! Both cases are the same tye (antec sx10xx). Though the latter seems rather attractive, the case will be sharing a surge protector with another 300 watt case and i'm worried that 420 watts will drain too much power?
And also, how quiet is the chieftech 420 watt ps? I need quiet..
