Which card?

I have $200 for a pci-e video card. I need help deciding. I've looked at several cards, but I'm not sure in which direction to go. I'd almost prefer nvidia, because my mobo supports sli and it would be nice to just be able to buy another card, instead of having to get two if I originally chose an ati.
 
GTO^2 if you have some flexibility on price. If you really want NVIDIA 6600GT since they are pretty cheap and you should be able to upgrade to SLI for even less.
 
x800GTO2 if you can still find it at 200, they softmod extremely well.

6600GTs are about 150 now.
