Which Car You Like The Best?

My requirements are simple: 4doors, 6 or more cyl, and stickshift. Top of my list is a BMW M5, the latest generation. If 10 years from today the same cars were available, I'd get the M5. But for now, cost is too high so the next best I like is the Nissan Maxima. The 2001 special edition should be pretty cool.

Well I would have to say, I would stick with the 96 Impala, big and fast no M5 but a sweet ride. The M5's are nice but that price is a killer you could buy 2 Impalas : )

It seems like a cop-out to say it, but I'd seriously donate my nuts to get a mclaren F1. Course, without any I wouldn't have the balls to drive it :)

Mine !
Hinda Civic Aero Deck Vti, three kids and lots of stuff in there, looks like a plain family car BUT 180 hp and 225 km/h creates some astonishment on the Autobahn once in a while. ;)

Out of the Skyline & Lancer the thread initiator chose, I'd go for the 'Group A' homogulation special, the Skyline GTR. They were very popular here in Australia, during the 'Group A' racing days. Which meant they had to make at least 1500 of them & import into Australia at least 200 of them (actually I think they had to sell 200 of them in every country or market that they wanted to race them in, something to do with 'Group A' regulations), for them to be legal to race here in the Group A class. They proved tremendously popular, so a lot more than 200 were imported.

Imagine driving such a beast.

Twin cam
4 valves per cylinder
6 in-line
Twin turbo
intercooled
All wheel drive
All wheel steering
variable traction/torgue/slip for all 4 wheels
multi-link IRS rear end
Twin wishbone front end
Full race ported Fuel injection.

The list is endless.

They ended up so dominating the Group A class, that FIA replaced Group A with the '2 litre Touring Class'.

Realistically, for a sports car I like the RX7. But if money was no object, definitely a Diablo.

For luxury cars a Jaguar XJ12, no question.

I'd settle for an S4. It's fast, handles good, and I wouldn't be scared to drive it for fear of it being stolen/hit/keyed ect.

If I owned a Ferrari or a Lamborghini I'd never take it out of the garage :(

I'd have to say an S8 (once they hit American soil). But for now, I'll settle for a 1999 Eclipse GSX with 0 miles on the clock, and a Frankenstein turbo for ~600HP in an AWD car. :)

If we're talking unrealistically with no money contraints, I'd take a space shuttle to and from University. Only thing is, I live 1.5 miles away from my university, so that's dumb...
But seriously, I'd like some super sports car too. But as BiB says, somebody's gotta hold my balls for me cuz I'm probably gonna lose em! I really wouldn't know about supercars...not enough made so I have no idea.
The Skyline has always been a favorite. With Infinity having rumors flying around and that California company importing them, I have a feeling Viper owners will be pissing in their pants...$60k gets you a *real* supercar...too bad we have emission laws in CA.

From most expensive to most affordable:

Ferrari F40
Lotus Elise
BMW M Coupe
BMW E30 M3

Heh heh... Can't wait for my F40 to arrive on my driveway...

10.. 20.. maybe 30 years from now??? ;)

If we're going nuts with no monetary constraints here, I'd have to say a Viper GTS. A car that I can afford (and the one I'll be buying this coming summer:):):)) is oldandquitemad's choice...MR2 Spyder. :)

My favorite car would have to be the Hummer. If I ever could afford a $100K car I would buy a Hummer in a second! They're big as heyl! I'll run over all you peoples sports cars! HAAHAHAH... Plus, it has everything you'd ever need. Tire inflation system, auto leveling suspension, massive V10 engine... I think you can even get some armor plating on it too. What else could you ever ask for? Ok, that's my opinion.

I can't narrow it down to one vehicle. I'd want a Viper for all-out fun, a Lincon LS for important occasions, a Ford Excursion for my utility use, and my Ford Ranger that I have now for offroading/fishing/camping, etc.

what? MR2 Spidder? no, it's fugly I think. My friend has a 1993 mr2 that has like 16k on it now. Nice little car.

I have a 93 mx6 my cuz gave to me :))), and I like it... cept it has some interior cosmetic problems and needs paint badly. To add, the engine had problems before, but was fixed... and the tranny seems like it's gunna go (or may just need new filter). Dunno if worth puttin money into (ie, swap in a manual tranny).

Ok, that doesn't describe the car I like best tho.. at money is no object... diablo.. yum..... heh

Hmm...I would go for the Skyline GTR or a Nissan 300ZX-TT. I have a '99 Maxima GLE, but that's a family car. I would realisticaly go for a Sentra SE-R. That's 140hp coming out of a car as light as a Corolla. Plus it has lots of torque in the low RPMs.
