Which board to run for my rig?

I've got both boards sitting here, s754. I'm currently using the ECS one that I got with the sempy proc in the notorious Fry's bundle. It's been running steady, however it doesn't OC stable to any degree, it DID do 240mhz on the FSB for a little while, then became unstable. It's been perfectly fine at stock tho.

But I got a new OEM 3400+ with the Gigabyte board, and I'm wondering which one I should keep and which one I should toss to my distributed computing farm. The rest of my rig will be staying the same, and I'm probably not going to try OCing the 3400+ when it gets here (sometime tomorrow).

So what say you AT? Which will be the better board? (I'm leaning away from ECS because I have had some issues in the past with them)

vias dont usually oc as well as nforce, so u might want to stick with the ecs

in terms of quality i think gigabyte beats out ecs

Well, I had already stated I do not plan to overclock the 3400+, and the reason I'm getting the new processor is because the Sempron wouldn't stay stable at 2.16ghz. The 3400+ will be at 2.2ghz stock, and have twice the L2 cache, I think I'll be quite happy with that.

I've used the gigabyte chipset on an ecs board. It's slower than the ecs nforce3. Most boards with onboard video are slower.
