Which board for Website server ?

Looking for a AM3/DDR3 compatible mobo with integrated chipset for a website server. I already have the other parts, Athlon II X2 250, DDR3 ram. I just need a board.

help me select the best board based on warranty and all.

I'd go for the msi board. I've fewer problems with them recently, and currently use one for my personal pc with dual core amd cpu. I've also used their warranty rma process in the past. I actually reached their rma manager by phone and was able to track my replacement board.

I had tested ASUS, Gigabyte, and ASRock's 780G boards for media streaming and ASUS one was the most satisfactory. Just FYI.
