Which BIOS update for Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H? Now up to F11

I have the Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H (rev. 1.1) motherboard with the F8 bios. Now there's another, the F11. Man, they just keep tumbling out.
Which bios do you have and which would you recommend for... lets say unlocking a core from a Phenom II X3 720 BE?

Is it true that the ACC in the F8 bios does not unlock Phenom II cores?

I don't know which BIOS was installed, but I used a 785GM-US2H mobo from Microcenter, as it came from the package, and was able to unlock a 720BE to a Phenom II X4 20 easily. Set EC firmware to "hybrid", and enable ACC auto.
