WHich BIOS is the best for Dfi nf3 board?

it should run fine with the bios it comes with, but if you want the newest/best bios just go to dfi's site, the newest one will be the best one.
 
I ran mine with the one shipped. I was able to hit 2.86 with my 3400. You wil dig the board. I am sort missing it right now. Having probs with my Neo 2 Plat..rma time. ugh
