I have never in my life heard of any of them so I couldnt even tell you what to drink first since I dont know if any of them taste like ass or not.

Hefeweizen first, definitely. But would probably end up drinking them all anyway. :p

Not sure about Young's in particular, but "chocolate stouts" get their names from the color of the roasted malt, not chocolate additions.

Hmm...

I'm a big fan of Widmer Bros Unfiltered Wheat Hefeweizen.. so I'd probably go with the Paulaner.

Paulaner is a true German Hefe - if you like American Hefe's, you probably won't like a Paulaner.

It's summer....go with the Paulander. Grab a lemon to throw in it and sit back. :)

That answer = my answer
Out of these? La Fin Du Monde with 9% alc/vol. They had a chart at the beer store with all beers above 6%...apparently Sam Adams Millenium is top of the chart with 20% (yes 40 proof!)!! I didn't get it...because it costs more than $230 a bottle!

well that isn't the most alcoholic beer though, Dogfish Head has two beers above that. Their World Wide Stout is 23% and their 120 minute IPA is also 23%, also their only about $10 a bottle. I've had the WWS and its amazing.

if I drink more than one type of beer at the same sitting, I start out with the lighter stuff first and work my way up to the thicker stuff

I like pale ale the best in summer, stouts are my winter beers

I'm sorry. I didn't see Bud Light on the list.

As for the list, I've never heard/had the French sounding one. I'm a major fan of Young's Double Chocolate, but it's not the right time of the year for it. That's a winter beer best enjoyed when it's really cold outside.

I've had the Ommegang and wasn't a fan of it. If I want an abbey ale I'll get St. Bernardus ABT 12.

I haven't had Old Peculiar so I don't know.

But given that it's summer, and hot, I say go for the Hefe. Drop a slice of lemon in there and it's incredibly refreshing on a hot day.

First I would lick all the glasses and then I would take my time drinking them all, starting with Old Peculiar.

I like most of those but you need to find yourself some Arrogant Bastard Ale.. I'd drink that over any of those.

There's some seasonal variation, but neither of those brews are that alcoholic. the 120 minute is 21% and the WWS is 18%.

Sam Adam's Summer Ale = GOOD!
Apparently its brewed with "lemon and exotic grains"
wtf is an exotic grain?
