That wall cavity wasn't closed in so the surge protector was legal and I used water proof wiring outside. Whats the big deal?
Your water heater vent if jacked up and a hazard.

Why don't you love your family?

Oh, I see you took out $1M in life insurance on the wife.

I watched the video last night so I don't remember, but didn't the narrator call the Romex "wall cord" or something like that?

I don't. Women wear pants, men wear trousers.
:whiste:

Well, sometimes men like to wear clothes that women normally wear. See, you have a built in excuse since you're old and senile, and people can believe you thought that bright red goop you smeared on your lips was chapstick. I have to construct more elaborate explanations involving getting dressed in the dark and stumbling into the wrong dressing room.

At first: Well, those openers could be better braced... but I don't see...

Then: Well, okay, that's clearly temporary wiring. Probably just wanted to get the motors working and the electrician will come by later...

Then: Okay, well, this is... clearly not to code for outdoor wiring.

Finally:

No, it's actually a safety hazard.

Those light socket adapters are usually good for a maximum of 5A or so. Not to mention the crappy brown extension cords.

A decent size garage door opener (or two smaller ones) will overload it easily.

Unfortunately, the breaker (who am I kidding, that dude has a fusebox) is probably 10A or 15A, which means rather than tripping the breaker like it should, it'll just set the light fixture on fire.
