Which APC: Back-UPS Office 350 or BK300C?

I have both of these battery backups . . . I was trying to figure out which one to keep and which one to sell. The Back-UPS Office 350 seems to have more features (Surge only outlets as well as backed ones) and is 50 va higher than the BK300C (this is the standard white APC box with only two backed up outlets). The BK300C is priced higher on the APC website, but I can't figure out why. Does anybody have any experience with this and/or any advice? Thanks in advance . . .
