I like downsampling + SMAA. Raising the resolution up a bit, even only 25%, makes everything much nicer looking.

Otherwise like the other guy said, SSAA. Looks fantastic, but cuts my performance off at the kneecaps. Adaptive AA from the CCC looks pretty close to SSAA too, and costs much less. I'm using a single card though so I can't use much of either at the moment 🙁
 
I prefer to use the one giving the most visual quality without dropping my performance.
