Which AMD CPU most closely matches the performance of this Intel CPU?

I know it really depends on what applications I am running. Just want to know which AMD CPU generally performs as well as this Intel CPU in most benchmarks. (or slightly outperforms in half the benchmarks and slightly underperforms in the other half).

Will you be overclcoking? Oh and will you be multitasking. AMD doesnt multitask near as well as a HT Intel chip unless you get an x2

Multitasking (2 processor intensive programs) - a single core FX-55 is close to a 630 Heavy multitasking kills the benifit of hyperthreading but how many times are you running 4 processor intensive programs at the same time.
