which AMD CPU can easy o/c to 1G or higher

i have Duron600@900 right now, no luck to get 950 or higher.
since the price has dropped, would like to get a second cpu to play with, duron/tbird not decided yet. wish to o/c it min. 1G or higher, any suggestion??

I can't speak for other chips, but I have my t-bird 800@1000 right now. I haven't stressed it enough to see if it is really stable yet.
