Which AMD 64 Motherboard to buy?

My current motherboard, the ASUS K8V SE Deluxe, isn't seeming to work with my other hardware, so I think that I am going to RMA it, and buy a different motherboard. I have a AMD 64 3200+, 200 GB Maxtor SATA hard drive, X800 Pro, and Mushkin PC3200(1 gig). I am wondering which motherboard I should buy that will work very well with everything that I have. Thanks.

I would wait till the end of this week and see how the MSI K8N Neo Platinum works out. Some of us have ordered it (me) and we will be reporting on how it runs.

Looks like I'm going with the K8N Neo Platinum. I hope that my problems are motherboard based and not something else, otherwise this is just a waste of money and time.

I run the same board and it has been absolutely flawless for months. I highly recommend it.
