MSI 880G-E45 AM3 or Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H?

I have Phenom 555 BE, GSkill Ripjaws, and XFX 6850. I'll definitely be overclocking the 555. Both boards have ACC, so I can probably unlock additional cores. The MSI's $60, and the Gigabyte's $50 (they're from the FS section)

I've had good luck with my recent MSI purchases (890GX board, 460 GTX cyclone) and teh BIOS on the 890gx was very straight forward and had all the desired OC options..
 
Not much to choose between them besides mATX vs ATX. They'd both be fine for overclocking and unlocking. VRM heatsink on the MSI, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. $10 price delta the deciding factor?
