I know, im talking about oclocking. I know, my mileage may vary. However, which am2's have the best history of hitting 1066 fsb the most?

They should all be able to do it. It just uses a multiplier/divider on the CPU speed to run the memory. Just find the ratio between your CPU frequency and the desired RAM frequency and set that in the BIOS.

AM2 CPUs do not support DDR2-1066, AM2+ CPUs (Phenoms) do support it.

With an AM2 X2, you can get DDR2-1066 by using the DDR2-800 setting and overclocking the HT. With Phenom you just set it in the BIOS as AM2+ boards and Phenom support it natively.
