Which Alpha for P3 coppermine (PEP66 vs. FC-PAL35C )

Both seem like they're about the same as far as performance. I'd be using it on a Abit BF6 with an ABIT Slocket III. How many Dimm slots will I lose with these heatsinks?

The PEP66 would be the best choice for a slocket.
