I have just acquire the IC7-G Rev. 1.1, for a good deal. I am presently using the AI7. I like the AI7 b/c of its high Vdimm at 3.2V highest. Here is what I have read:
1) At Vdimm higher than 3.0V on the AI7, it has a droop.
2) The IC7-G has the Vcore droop also.
3) The IC7-G highest Vdimm is only 2.8V, I got OCZ RAM sticks which love high voltages.

Please give me more inputs from your experience so I can make a better decision. Please vote base on good advice and experience.

Thanks guys.

AI7 if you OC.. IC7 has a 2% faster chipset which is nothing compared to capability AI7 is giving you. Plus you can sell IC7 for mucho denero.

Now that I have both, this question is easily answered.

AI-7 no doubt is a better motherboard and I will be selling my IC-7. More stable and cheaper and just as fast as far as I am concerned. I definitely like the AI-7 better and I paid 1/2 the cost of the IC-7.

I guess the decision has been made. I have always like the IC7-G but could not afford it until recently.
