Which 512MB DDR sticks for 160+ ... Corsair, Mushkin, other???

As the title says - which are the best for 512MB sticks for overclocking? I will be using a MicroATX board, so only two RAM slots...

But guys, the Samsung Original PC2700 is rated CAS 2.5, the Corsair PC3000 is CAS 2. Won't the Corsair be faster/perform better?
