Okay, I've narrowed it down to Corsair or Samsung original.
The Corsair has a CAS 2 SPD (with one DIMM, CAS 2.5 with two) while the Samsung has a CAS 2.5 SPD. Both have the Samsung 6ns chips.
I will want to push the machine to its limits and want the highest likelihood for overclocking. The Samsung says 167Mhz max freq. while the Corsair says 185Mhz. I am guessing that Samsung simply knows their chips will do at least 167Mhz and so they can say that without reservation, while perhaps not testing all of them. It looks like Corsair has tested and certified each module individually, and that is why they cost more.

Please advise.
