Bullsh*t. Most do. I shaved mine once when I was 14 or something. The vast majority of men have finger hair and a slight unibrow, etc. Not only is removing it all very time consuming but most women do not want to see it off.

most girls don't mind the finger/arm stuff, as i said before. a unibrow, on the other hand, is a different story. that gardener from desperate housewives had one but said he removed it because of girls' reactions. (source: people's 50 most beautiful issue 2005). a little bit of hair in the unibrow is usually considered okay, but a huge thing can be a bit scary.
