Where's the Win XP BSOD error message saved?

If you enable "Automatically retart" in "System Properties >> Startup and Recovery >> System Failure" you won't get the BSOD error message if Windows XP has a critical system failure... it will just reboot. But Windows will save the BSOD error message in a text file.

Does anybody remember what this file is called, or were this file is saved?
