Where's the network config files in linux?

Hey guys, where are the network configuration files (i.e. ip/subnet mask/default gateway, etc.) files stores in linux? Specifically the mandrake and debain distributions? Thanks.

on 2nd thought, maybe you just want the wizard, called either
draknet or netdrake (i forget exactly which)

I believe the standard location will be (if not already for your distro):

/etc/sysconfig/

That's where Red Hat and Mandrake has stored them for a long time, and SuSE 8.0 just moved its config into there as well. I'm believe it's specified in the LSB FSH, or whatever. :)
