Where's that program that puts a DX8 configuration utility in the Control Panel?

I remember someone talking about it a while back and junk.. It lets you configure many different DX8, most importatly sound quality and such. Where can I download this thing?

Can't you run the configuration utility simply by typing "dxdiag" in your RUN dialog box (Start Menu -> Run)

Lore, the utility that Kowan gave a link to is the one I'm talking about.. It actualls lets you change a lot of DX stuff, not just test each feature (video/audio/etc.).
