Wheres a cheap place to buy a Dremel?

i guess i need a dremel if im going to start modding my case.

any stores that has them cheap?? i want the cheapest version of rotary there is

i went to target today and the had the dremel non cord with the 50 peice set (not the $59 but the $39) that has 18,000 rpm

and the B&D wizard for $29 with 8 peice set

which one is better?? not that the peices matter but the rotary itself??

I'm looking at the Porter-Cable rotary tool, it's $79 at Home Depot. Dremels seem under powered to me, but then I'm used to die grinders.

get one with a cord..... trust me... it's a lot faster and you won't be switching batteries a couple times when you're working

If you want a good rotary on the cheap, grab a Black and Decker RTX from home depot. I have a dremel multipro /w flexshaft myself.

Whatever you do, DO NOT get the cordless Dremel. The batteries wear out extremely quickly and you'll waste lots of time changing battery packs.

I wouldn't get any multi pack dremel. I would get one with at least 35,000RPM's though. If you get a 18,000 you'll be whishing you got something faster. Those multi packs don't come with much, except a bunch of polishing bits. The rest that they come with, come with every other dremel package. Save the $$ to buy the bits you need.
