Where would you love to take pics w/digi cam?

Seriously, where would you love to take pics with a digital camera? Since I live near the grand canyon, I am gonna go catch some cool pix of it when I get my new cam. Im also a fan of architecture, so I will be taking a lot of pics of hoover dam, and also the Bank One Ballpark (good god I love that place). So what do you guys like to take pics of? And where would you like to go? Oh yeah I like pics of bridges and scenery too, I guess I just like pics, heh. Im being serious now, dont say in a chix pants or something plz. Cuz we're all thinkin that already 😉
 
sometimes I just like to leave my digicam in my car, and take pictures of all the funny sh!t I see everyday...
 
downtown austin and the lake... basically... where i take pictures with my SLR.

EDIT: overcast is the best light to take pictures in because all the shadows are soft so you don't overexpose stuff thats well lit while leaving dark things underexposed.

when i go back to Egypt again this winter vacation for 3 weeks.. i cant wait and im gonna take tons of pictures... man, if only our family had a digicam last time we went....
 
Since I'm in boring Boston and have all the pics of this area I could ever want ,probably San Francisco or some place on the west coast 🙂

Thats where my digicam is....its in my trunk. The other day I parked my car at school, and there was this bird sitting on the road, my car came within 10 feet of it and it didnt move, I thought it would be a cool pic to take, so I took out my camera. I stood about 10 feet away from it, zoomed in a lil so it filled most of the frame, at that moment it turned its head and flew away. I was so pissed off, but atleast it didnt crap on my car.

San Francisco is good now...while there's still a few clouds.

But if you want perfect seascapes, you can't get any better than the view on the drive from LA to SD on the 5

- Ice Shelfs off cost of Alaska
- Bad Lands, South Dakota(Will be there this summer)
- New Zeland (LOTR awe struck me with the scenery)
- Iceland(nod to Czar 😉)
- hills of Ireland
- Austrian Alps
- Columbian Andes

Just to name a few 🙂
 
I'd love to be able to travel with the storm chasers in the mid west and get some cool weather related pictures. I've seen some cool weather pictures in my day, would love to take some.
 
Well, i will be spending my holiday crossing the US from East to West in 19 days, so I will have enough places to take dig. pics.

(BTW any tips for a European visiting the US for the first time)
