where we go to retire

You realize that the only reason they can give it away for free is because there are only 2000 people, right? If everyone goes there to retire, they will undoubtedly start charging. Also, if you can afford a yacht, you won't care about paying for internet access. They could charge $200/month and you probably wouldn't think twice about.
