Starting sunday morning, I will be taking a tour of the Pacific northwest. From SF up to Vancouver along the coast, then inland down to reno. If anyone has good ideas for places to eat / see along the way, I'd like to hear 'em :D

Day 3: Seattle
Day 4: Vancouver
Day 5: Portland
Day 6: Weed CA (stopover)
Day 7: Reno (I know everything in the reno area :D)

So, basically, one day in each place. I'm really looking for places to eat and things to see that only take a couple of hours.

Consider visiting the Butchart Gardens, and maybe the town of Victoria on Vancouver Island, instead of Reno, NV.

Go eat an Awful Awful in The Little Nugget Diner in Reno. For about $4, you get a giant cheeseburger and a basket filled to the top with fries.

For you guys who are talking about reno: I go to UNR, so I know and have done the reno area. I want to know what to do along the coast highway, in washington, oregon and vancouver.

Thanks caveman! I'm going to look into that.

Anybody else have any other ideas?
