Hi All,
Upgrading to new rig with Win7 64-Bit with 3 HD's as follows:
-C Drive Intel x25-M 80GB Gen 2. w. O/S, Photoshop/Bridge and their scratch files. Other small apps
-D WD Caviar Black 1TB for general data storage, and several Windows app install locations I will redirect to 'D' during install to save space on C:
-E A Seagate 200GB PATA, ATA100 drive. This is more for long term storage.
To save 6+ Gig of HD space on my SSD, I want to put the Win 7 page file on drive E, which is the slowest drive of all. Would this be ok? I can't afford to have the Page file on C, and kill all that space and slow down Photoshop scratch usage. And I'd rather not put it on the D drive as this is where most of my working data will be and putting the page file here will slow the flow as well.
What do you think?
