Where to put "USA" in a mailing address?

?

If not, how should I do it?

That's what I would do

Edit: the examples given in the second USPS link above are

MS JOYCE BROWNING
2045 ROYAL ROAD
LONDON WIP 6HQ
ENGLAND

MS JOYCE BROWNING
2045 ROYAL ROAD
06570 ST PAUL
FRANCE

so I would take that to mean the country name essentially goes last.

Whenever we send international mail to Australia the format we use is:

Kangaroo Jack
123 Down Under Blvd
Sydney, NSW 1234
AUSTRALIA
