Where to plug microphone/headphone jack?

I got a new case with a front panel headphone jack, microphone jack, USB and firewire. I've plugged all the USB and firewire pins in but I can't find a place for the microphone and headphone jacks. Normally they'd go on the motherboard but I'm using an Audigy 2 ZS. There are pins on the Audigy 2 ZS, but none of them look like they're appropriate. Any idea where I'd plug the wires in?

i have a case that has a mini stero plug on the inside and i have no idea where to plug it
