I was about to say the same thing, there's a high probability she would think you're gay and you end up in the 'friend zone' meeting a girl at those places. If it was a workout/aerobics dance class I could almost see it but what single guy takes salsa lessons? No guy should ever take a pottery class that involves making anything more complicated than an ash tray or a bowl.
 
can i ask where you are? maybe there just aren't too many women in your area that fits what you need.

and can we also assume that there is nothign wrong with you and you can score with any of these chicks that you reject based on what you listed.

Personally, I have no problem with meeting women from bars. Then again, I stopped dating 20something's a while ago. I do notice that most of the times, the younger ones defiinitly tend to get drunk a lot more.

I met my current gf at a bar. She bartends at my friday night hang out.

I got a question for the people who have told me to go to church.

Have any of you made friends or have dated somebody from church?

Also, how do you even go about trying to date somebody at a church? I mean there is the service, you walk out and shake hands with pastors.

I do NOT want to go through bible study classes to meet women. I can handle the service. Btw I am a lutheran who has been going to church ALL his life and personally am a little tired of it. But meeting women inspires me to go now, I just never looked at it that way.
