Not sure if this is the right forum to place this but I am looking for someone to create a webpage for my office (info website). I have all the contents, just good template and presentation. Please let me know if you can recommend someone. thanks.
 
Take your content, go over to a store with Macs, jump on iWeb for 5 minutes, save it to a thumb drive, and GTFO!

Post a computer gig in craigslist. Find someone local who you can meet with in person. Expect to pay 30-50 bucks an hour minimum, if it's cheap, < 500 bucks should get it done depending on if you need hosting, etc.
 
Have you looked into Wordpress? My background is in computer science, not design, but I was able to put together a website for my upcoming wedding in a relatively short amount of time with some excellent functionality. If you'd like to see it or have questions, PM me.
