Okay, i have this 3.5 megabyte file that i want to host somewhere. My current host is Geocities. However, when people have tried to DL it from there, 1 DL gets the site Bandwidth raped, and Geocities takes it offline.
So, i am looking for a free host that will host my file. i dont care about it allowing me to build a webpage, or anything of that kinda thing. i just need a host who wont get bandwidth raped by 1 person trying to DL the file.

oh, btw, it's a anna kournikova screensaver.

Enroll in the University I work for and I'll give you a 25 meg account that will give you unlimited bandwidth.

Ohh yeah, or I could temporarily host it for you cause we're practically family here on ATOT.

Well...I'm working with state of the art stuff. :D It's all Netware 6. We built a portal that allows you to easily upload files via a web-browser and publish them to a web folder. It's pretty sweet. I got stuck doing all the back-end apache configs for it to make it work. It was rough too cause the actual file server is different than the apache server...plus all the storage is on external SCSI arrays. :p

Well....since I'm the only person on this new system I have half of a terrabyte of storage space at my disposal........it's all RAID 5 too..... :p I just don't have anything that I feel like uploading to a server that's that large.
