Where to go in Vegas for Prime Rib?

I don't know the best place, but when I went to Vegas like 8 years ago, I really enjoyed the Texas Station, also...the Stratosphere(I believe that's where we went) had good eats too.
 
im going to follow this thread closely as im leaving for vegas in a couple of days and i am also curious where i could find some excellent prime rib. ive been craving it for awhile now and i figure i might as well try and kill the desire while im out there.
 
The MGM Grand had a great buffet with some amazing Prime Rib. The shrimp kicked ass too!

(This was roughly 6 years ago but I'm sure it's still applicable).

Bellagio buffet is the best. Wynn comes second.
 
i was in vegas last month. the buffet at the Wynn was killer. beat out Bellagio even-- which held the crown imo before.

great prime rib there-- along with a host of other fine foods.
 
we went to this restaurant that is off the strip and had no prices in teh menu.. but man the prime rib was amazing.. it had white lettering on a red background.. i dont remember the place.. but the 40ounce prime rib on the bone was to die for.

That's cheap. I don't think the OP was looking for cheap.

Several years back, stayed at the Las Vegas Hilton, formerly the International. Seems we got spirited away, about dinner time, via limo, to some place called Baronshires. They bring the Prime Rib to the table, then move the knife to different thicknesses, until you say where. Fresh garlic mashed, or pepper mashed potatoes accompany the fare, as well as several choices of fresh steamed veggies, then topping it off with their house Yorkshire Pudding. One of the best meals I've had in a lifetime.
The Merlot that was brought out, was so totally right, I've never been able to match the experience, several years later. 🙂

 
I got the prime rib dinner at the restaurant at the Barbary Coast. It was excellent, inexpensive, and the service was top notch. The bread was fresh and hot, and the water was good.

Avoid The Prime Rib Loft or whatever it is called at The Orleans. Even though The Orleans and the Barbary Coast are sister casinos, the prime rib at The Orleans was dry, the bread was cold and stale, service was rotten, and the water was superchlorinated tap water.

Though the Barbary Coast wouldn't fall under the "top" prime rib places in Vegas I am sure, but just as a place to dine for the evening if you don't want to go to a buffet, it was great.

This visit was made in 1994, but I gotta tell ya, it's one that lasts for your whole life, if you can ever find this experience. 🙂 🙁
 
There is a Lawry's in Vegas, and they usually have excellent beef. It was east of the strip on the parkway....

My brother ate at the steakhouse in Binions, and said it was one of the best he's had. Ever.
