Where to get those oem cpu clam cases?

I called them up, but they won't sell me any. The chip manufacturers don't seem to want to bother either. Any ideas? I don't have enough dead boards to ship them in.
 
I was forced to put one of my chips in a board temporarily, because I needed the case to ship another chip out. :| How are you guys shipping cpus if they don't come with a board?
