It depends on your application. If you have no particular constraints, then go with Monoprice.
If you want premo, bonded Belden cables, then go to Bluejeanscable.com, great for very long runs. However, I expect they are stiff, and possibly can be damaged if bent too aggressively. (No hands-on experience)
If you need very flexible cable, then check out Impact Acoustics' SonicWave DVI cables. These are not cheap, but if you have strict routing arrangements, these may be the way to go.
I use the low-cost 6' HDMI cables from monoprice at home and they are very nice if not a bit stiff.
