Drive down the alleys behind nice apartment buildings. People moving always throw out good stuff. It's free, too.

You are going to pay $700 just for a good coach. We bought a coach, chair and ottoman for around $1100 and it has a lifetime warranty on the frame and they scotch guarded the set. You can pay less but we found the frames to be total crap and the warranties were only a year or two.

We bought it from the Lazy-Boy galleries.

Is Rooms To Go in North Carolina?

If so, we got a living room for about $1600 from them. Sectional, coffee table and end tables.
Not the best quality furniture, but it suits us. They also have that no payments/interest for a year and a half and the interest doesn't accrue either.

You will never find a whole living room for $800 any more unless you're buying used.
