I'm going to Italy for two weeks at the end of June with my family. I'm looking to get a pre-paid Italian SIM card (Vodafone/WIND?) that includes a data plan. I'm the only one with a smartphone (iPhone), so my dad has asked me to bring it so we have a GPS and the ability to Google something if need be. I'm looking to not have my wallet raped by AT&T, hence my search.

I found the websites for a few Italian mobile providers, but they're all in Italian, which I don't speak. If anyone can help me out and link me to an English site that sells prepaid SIMs (data plan is a MUST), I would really appreciate it.

It's going to be crazy enough as it is getting there (taking another train, finding family in Florence), so I'd like to have this taken care of in advance.

Get it at the airport. In Europe we sell SIM's at the airport. You might even get a free one as you arrive, you do in the UK.
