Ok, need to make a Casio serial cable.

Any suggestions as to where I can get:
MAX233
female DB9
2.5mm Stereo plug

Problem is, having trouble finding all three in the same place, since shipping would be utterly stoopid if I split them up.
 
I wish. Rat Shack is a bit lacking in the IC department.

And I looked at Jameco, no 2.5mm plug 🙁
